Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, via Priority mail. Customers will emailed their tracking number after shipment. In the event of a delay or a problem with the order, the customer will be notified by e-mail. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The MF Shop staff makes every attempt to package items with care and we typically use recycled packaging supplies. Information on the Mattress Factory will be included with each order, please let us know if you'd like information on event rentals, education programs, or upcoming museum events.

International Orders

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International orders will be shipped USPS First Class, and international customers will receive confirmation of shipping via email. Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Delivery should take 8 - 10 business days to reach your country provided that there are no unforeseen delays in Customs.
