Sending Letters to the Sea is collaborative project initiated by Irish visual artist, musician and Mattress Factory Curator-in-Residence Mark Garry. For Sending Letters to the Sea, Mark gathered a host of guest musicians to write and record the album including Karl Him, Nina Hynes, Sean Carpio, Eileen Carpio, Fabien Leseure, Benoit, John Egan, Geaspar Warfield and the Fingal Chamber Choir. The album features ten beautifully mellow post rock vibes of the likes of Godspeed You Black Emperor or The Dirty Three.
